| Sharon H. Bob,
Ph.D. Higher Education Specialist on Policy and Regulation Drinker Biddle & Reath |
Dr. Sharon Bob is a Higher Education Specialist on Policy and Regulation in the education law group in Drinker Biddle & Reath’s Business and Finance Department. She has extensive experience in student financial aid in both the public and private sectors. Dr. Bob is a recognized expert in federal legislation and regulation of Title IV student assistance programs. She provides clients with detailed technical guidance relating to compliance with applicable federal rules and regulations. Through training seminars and on-site reviews, she assists clients in understanding needs analysis, financial aid administration, default management and institutional accreditation. Dr. Bob received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. She has served as Director of Financial Aid at Montgomery College, Vice President/Director of Arlington Campus of Strayer College, and as an executive of an educational consulting firm. She has been Coordinator of Financial Aid for the Virginia State Council of Higher Education, and an Educational Policy Fellow with the Office of Legislation, U.S. Department of Education. |
| Alisa Abadinsky
Associate Director of Student Financial Services University of Illinois at Chicago |
As the Associate Director of Student Financial Services, Ms. Abadinsky manages the student loan area. Prior to assuming her current role five years ago, Ms. Abadinsky worked on student loan legislative and regulatory issues for the University. Ms. Abadinsky has been an active member of COHEAO for much of her tenure at the University, and currently chairs the HHS-DSA Task Force, and co-chairs the Neg Reg Group on Perkins, FFEL, and Direct Loans. She is the past chair of the Primary Care Loan Committee and has served on numerous other working groups and task forces. Ms. Abadinsky is also a participant in the Department of Health and Human Services’ partnership program. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. |

Robert E. Dixon is the Bursar and Director of Student Loans and Debt Management at Oklahoma State University. Bob also served as Bursar at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He has conducted numerous workshops for the US Department of Education and the Southern Association of College and University Business Officers. He has also spoken at the Texas Association of College and University Auditors annual meeting as well and the National Association of College and University Auditors annual meeting. |

| Dianne Fanning Director of Campus Relations AFSA Data Corporation |
Dianne Fanning, Director of Campus Relations for AFSA Data Corporation’s Tax Credit Reporting Service (TCRS), has over 15 years of information systems management experience. Under Dianne’s direction, the TCRS served the higher education community and provided more than 2.5 million 1098-Ts for Tax Year 1999, in support of the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997. Prior to her association with AFSA, Dianne was instrumental in implementing automation solutions for the Department of Justice’s US Attorneys and Private Counsel in support of the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act of 1987 and for the Department of the Treasury in support of the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996. Dianne has also been responsible for managing information systems training for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She received her B.A. from Trinity College in Washington, D.C. |
