The COHEAO Mid-Year meeting is being held at the Red Lion Hotel located at 1415 Fifth Avenue in downtown Seattle, Washington. This year's meeting will focus on issues affecting higher education funding and new developments, both in schools and government. The Red Lion hotel is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, business headquarters and the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. Seattle's most popular attractions including Pike Place Market, the Monorail to the Seattle Centers Space Needle, the new Experience Music Project, Benaroya Hall and Seattle Art Museum are all just steps away. There is a special COHEAO room-rate of $143 for a single and $163 for a double. To receive this discount you must make your room reservations by July 1, 2003. | Cancellations: | Requests for refunds will be honored only
if notification of cancellation is received five full business days prior
to the Mid-Year meeting. There is a $50 administrative fee for all
