Awards to institutions listed in the following files have been approved for the Federal Work-Study (FWS), Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) and Federal Perkins Loan programs, authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, for the Award Year 2004-2005 (July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005). The format of this notification schedule identifies:

1. the name and address of the institution;
2. the amount of the awards for the Federal Perkins Loan Federal share, the FSEOG Federal share and the FWS Federal share;
3. the estimated number of student borrowers in the Federal Perkins Loan Program, the estimated number of student awards for the FSEOG Program and the estimated number of students to be employed under the FWS Program for this award period; and
4. the authorized Federal Perkins Loan Level of Expenditure.
